PIRATE'S COVE

Maggie is at the stage right now where she is "Miss Independent". She didn't want Matt or me to go on any rides with her or even stand in line with her. Even though she THINKS she can do everything herself, she saw today that she still needs a little help every now and then.

First, Maggie had a little trouble with the boats, she kept getting stuck in the bushes. Her patience (or lack thereof) had her screaming "Help! I'm so stuck in the jungle" quite a few times during the five-minute ride.

.

Next, she was a little unsure how to use a potato sack while sliding down a slide. This picture was after the 10th ride down and probably the best she had it all day. I guess she figured it was close enough.

.

Lastly, she tried SO hard to wheel herself around the Miner's Train Track. She started off as the last person on the train and ended up the first one because everyone else went around so much faster than her. She was convinced that she "won" though because she was the first train car.

Jacob, Matt, and I sat around and enjoyed the nice weather.

.

Maggie's favorite ride is still the "choo-choo". I think her favorite part was that she didn't have to do any work. She could just sit and enjoy the ride.
